Mild Green Mojo is one of the most versatile Canarian sauces. Its mildness makes it suitable for a wide variety of culinary uses. It's a perfect complement to fish, and can also be enjoyed with wrinkled potatoes (papas arrugadas) or gofio (a type of flour), and to add a touch of flavor to salads.
